Meet the Grand Canyon Raptors –
This is a hands-on program with three different birds of prey. During the program you will learn about the biology of these magnificent raptors. Your experience will include having a free flying hawk and falcon fly to your glove. Guests will also have an opportunity to hold an eagle owl (one of the largest owls in the world) and receive a complimentary souvenir photo card of your Raptor Experience.

Grand Canyon Falconry 101 –
Take a walk on the wild side, with a trained raptor. Experience the art of Falconry, where Falconers and their birds hunt together as they have for thousands of years. This is an in the field experience on uneven terrain and no groomed walking trails. Guests should be prepared for a light hike through the bush. During the program you will learn about the biology of these magnificent raptors. Your experience will also include having a free flying hawk and falcon fly to your glove. At the conclusion of the Grand Canyon Falconry 101 Course guests will also have an opportunity to hold an eagle owl (one of the largest owls in the world) and receive a complimentary souvenir photo card of your Grand Canyon Raptor Experience.

Grand Canyon Raptor Educational Group Visits –The standard program is approximately 2 hours (Program offered October 1- March 31st) For youths 7-17. Programs are designed to match the age of the youth groups. Whatever the age group, the demonstrations will always show a wide array of raptors. Prices will vary on age and group rates. This program is designed for schools and Scouting groups.
