Water is tricky in the desert, and Raptor Ranch’s campground has one of the only laundromats in the area.
Our fresh water is trucked in every week. If you need laundry, we’ve got you covered!

FAQ’s About Our Campground:

What is your Cancellation policy?

• All reservations require a $5.00 non refundable processing fee.
• Reservations cancelled 48 hours or less prior to check in are subject to a $10.00 cancellation fee.
• Reservations cancelled less than 48 hours prior to check in are non refundable.

Do you have wifi?

Yes! Access our free, updated WiFi in the laundry room, lounge and all RV sites in the park.

Do you have showers?

Yes. The showers are FREE to guests and are open for the camping season. They require a token which can be obtained in our store during normal business hours.

Are “Full-Service Septic sites” the same as Full Hookup sites?

No, there is no direct sewage connection to Full-Service Septic sites. Full hook ups would require you to connect hoses and drain your grey and black water tanks when they are full. With our "Full-Service Septic" sites you don't have to touch a sewer hose because we take care of it for you. Twice per week our pumper wagon goes through the park and pumps the grey and black water tanks of our guests. You need not be present, just hang the "service tank" sign and our friendly staff will take care of the rest. Better than full hookup, its Full-Service Septic at self-service prices!
(NOTE: Full-Service septic is available only from March 21st - December 1st.)

What if my tanks need to be emptied on a day when the pumper wagon is not scheduled?

In the off chance that you should need service in between our bi-weekly scheduled service a special call out to your site is available between 8:00am-4:00pm for only $25.00, just call the office. Alternatively guests may use our self service dump station free of charge 24/7.

Are you open in the winter?

Yes! However, WIFI, septic services, restrooms and showers are shut down from December 1 until March 24th. Also, we do not empty septic when temps drop below freezing or there is snow on the ground. During that time we do not offer tent camping and all RV must be fully contained with restroom facilities. Water tanks can be filled at our dump station which has a water line that does not freeze. Thank You!

Directions from Interstate 40:

In Williams, AZ take the “Hwy 64/Grand Canyon” Exit heading North.  Travel approximately 30 miles until you come to 180/64 junction in Valle, AZ.  Raptor Ranch is 300’ on the left (on the West side of Hwy 64). Look for the 20’ Fred Flintstone.  The RV park is on the north end of the property.

Directions from Hwy 89:

In Cameron, AZ you will turn West on Hwy 64.  Travel approximately 35 miles until you reach the East Entrance to the Grand Canyon National Park.  Continue on Hwy 64 for approximately 30 more miles. (You will pass several beautiful viewpoints of the canyon on the way.) When the highway comes to a “T” turn South (left) for 5 miles, you will then exit the National Park at the South Entrance Station.  Continue traveling approximately 24 mile to Valle, AZ.  You will see a Raptor Ranch billboard on your right and our entrance is the next right.  If you reach Planes of Fame air museum, you have just passed our location.
